In order to ensure the security of the entrusted personal data, the DC operates based on internal procedures and recommendations that comply with the relevant legal acts regarding the protection of personal data, in particular with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

The DC carries out functions to obtain information about users and their behaviors in the following ways:

  • Through voluntary input of information in forms, for the purpose of:

    • Responding to user inquiries directed using the contact form, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
    • Sending information regarding products and services offered by the DC to the provided email address, if the user has consented to this, based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
    • Pursuing the legitimate interests of the DC in specific cases based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, e.g., debt collection.

  • By collecting cookies:

We use Google Analytics analytical tools that collect information about your visits to the site, such as the subpages you viewed, the time spent on the site, and the transitions between individual subpages. For this purpose, cookies from Google LLC related to the Google Analytics service are used.

We have concluded a data processing contract with Google and fully implement the stringent requirements of German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.
